Connect with Us
Once we’ve read your form, we’ll hop on a friendly call to hear more about your vision and answer any early questions. It’s our chance to understand what matters to you and to make sure our early planning is on the right track.
Step Three
Reserve your spot
After our call, we’ll send a secure invoice for your deposit. This officially locks in your dates and allows us to begin crafting your custom plan.
Step Four
Receive your travel plan
Once your deposit is in, we’ll send your personalized trip package. Inside, you’ll find:
Your draft itinerary
Your goals
A gear guide
Your meeting location and navigation instructions
Important forms to complete including medical forms and waivers
Step Five
Settle your final payment
Closer to your departure, we’ll send your final invoice with plenty of time and clear instructions. Easy, simple, and secure.

Team meeting
Before we begin our journey, all expedition members will meet with your guide to greet each other and discuss final preparations.
